Luke has 20 years experience working within regulated utilities including water, gas and electricity networks. At UK Power Networks Luke has held senior management responsibility for the network compliance and resilience of the London network since 2017. In addition Luke has also led resilience investment programmes such as the High Impact Low Probability programme and enhancements to grid forecasting of electric vehicle, heat pump and data centre demand.
Luke is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and holds degrees in Engineering from Leeds University and an MBA from Cambridge University.
