Eden Sustainable Power

Tracey is a clean energy advocate and connector, committed to accelerating the UK’s transition to an electrified future. As a Director at Eden Sustainable Power and an active member of Solar Energy UK’s Skills Working Party, she drives solutions for decarbonisation.  She is also the co-founder of the Pickwell Foundation, rooted in practical community action and national policy influence. Through grant-making that supports political, legal and systems-level levers for change, the foundation partners with organisations tackling the climate and nature crises while welcoming and supporting people displaced by conflict and disaster. Its work is grounded in the belief that building hope and resilience for both people and planet requires ambitious policy, courageous action and deep local engagement.  Alongside this, Tracey is co owner of luxury sustainable tourism business  Pickwell Manor + Ravendere Retreats and Homemade, a social housing enterprise.
